​How Do I Place An Order?​

Go to the Shop Menu Item on the toolbar. Select the Item you wish to purchase. Click Add to cart and when you are done proceed to Checkout to pay for your items. Alternatively, download the app and shop from there.

Payment & Shipping

Information regarding payments is accessible during checkout. An order number will be generated after you click Pay Offline. Use the order number as the payment reference when doing the bank deposit. After payment reflects on our system your order will be attended to and your item(s) will be shipped to your shipping address. Orders over R500 will get a free delivery.

Returns Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your order, you can trade in your product with another one of the same value if the reason for return is valid. No refunds will be done for processed payments. Contact info@neilaclothing.co.za.

How Do I Track My Order?

Go to the Contact section on the toolbar. Use your order number as the subject and submit your message. A response will be sent to you with regards to where your order is.

There's a design I like but I want different colours, what should I do?

Find the Store Keeping Unit (SKU) of the product and click on the Contact section on the toolbar. Fill in the subject with the SKU you wish to edit and in your message let us know which colours you wish to use. A response will be sent back to you with information whether your special request can be fulfilled or not.
